New Spy x Family trailer showcases Bump of Chicken's new song "Souvenir"
A new trailer for Spy x Family has been released today.
The trailer, which can be seen below, showcases the new opening theme “Souvenir” performed by Bump of Chicken. The J-rock band have delivered music for anime such as Blood Blockade Battlefront, One Piece The Movie: Dead End no Bōken, and Karakuri Circus.
Spy x Family is slated to return with new episodes on October 1. Subbed and dubbed episodes will be released on Crunchyroll, which also has previous episodes available right now.
A synopsis for the anime reads:
World peace is at stake and secret agent Twilight must undergo his most difficult mission yet—pretend to be a family man. Posing as a loving husband and father, he’ll infiltrate an elite school to get close to a high-profile politician. He has the perfect cover, except his wife’s a deadly assassin and neither knows each other’s identity. But someone does, his adopted daughter who’s a telepath!
The Spy x Family manga is nominated for Best Manga at this year’s Harvey Awards, which will take place during New York Comic Con next month.
