My Morning Jacket have dropped their new song “Love Love Love” today.
For the track’s music video, which can be seen below, the band teamed up with director George Mays, who directed the visual for “Regularly Scheduled Programming.” My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James said this about the track:
“‘Love Love Love’ is trying to steer the ship away from everything I’m talking about in ‘Regularly Scheduled Programming,’ and speak toward positivity and pure love, finding truth within yourself and in the world around you.”
“Love Love Love” comes from My Morning Jacket’s forthcoming self-titled studio album, which arrives on October 22 via ATO Records. Pre-orders can be made here.
Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker.
