Moodring announce debut album 'Stargazer,' release new single "SYNC.wav"
Florida alternative metal band Moodring have announced their debut album.
Revealed today, Stargazer will be released on June 10 via UNFD. The record was co-produced by Moodring vocalist Hunter Young and Austin Coupe at Young’s home studio The Swamp Sound. A new single from the release titled "SYNC.wav" comes with a music video directed by Zak Pinchin (Chapter and Verse, Boston Manor). Young said this about the forthcoming album:
“We were excited to explore deeper themes and different aspects of our band throughout the full length. The album dives into our pool of influences unabashedly but resurfaces as its own entity. Each song was written with personal meaning and multiple themes, whilst remaining ambiguous and open enough for listeners to relate in their own way."
"SYNC.wav" is available on digital services right now. Pre-orders for Stargazer can be made here.
Stargazer follows Moodring’s 2021 debut EP Showmetherealyou, which includes our best song of 2021 “Show Me The Real You.”
From May through June 20, Moodring will be touring the country with Cane Hill, Afterlife, and Vctms. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now.
