Death metal band Misery Index have unveiled their new track “The Eaters and the Eaten.”

The track is the first taste of the band’s forthcoming studio album Complete Control. The track comes with a J.T. Ibanez-directed music video, which can be seen below. The band said this about the new track:

““The Eaters and the Eaten” is the most straight-forward, blasting track on the album. It's utterly relentless and hammers home the key themes of exploitation and drudgery that define life for so many on the planet in our current age.”

Complete Control, which is the follow-up to Misery Index’s 2019 album Rituals of Power, will be released on May 13 via Century Media. Pre-orders for the album can be made here. “The Eaters and the Eaten” is available on digital services right now.

In May, Misery Index will be touring across North America alongside Origin and Wolf King. This summer, the band will perform at a slew of festivals across Europe, including Hellfest and Alcatraz Metal Festival. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now.
