Metal Unit hits Steam on February 4

Neowiz’s action platformer Metal Unit will make its way to Steam on February 4.

Announced today, the game will be released as an early access title. A full version of the game is slated to be released later this year.

In Metal Unit, you play as Joanna, whose main job is to take down her evil sister. During the game, your decisions can sway how certain situations play out. With ranged and melee weapons, you’ll be able to conquer whoever stands in your way. While death is inevitable, items you’ve owned will be turned into research points after you’ve died. These points can be used to purchase new items. You can check out the game’s trailer below.

Metal Unit was developed by JellySnow Studio, which is a three person team of developers based in both Canada and South Korea.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
