Megabyte Nation Gaming Expo hits up Los Angeles this weekend
Kick off 2025 with a massive video game event in Downtown Los Angeles!
Megabyte Nation Gaming Expo will make its debut this weekend (January 10 through January 12) at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Video game talent such as Joe Whyte (Chris Redfield in Resident Evil, Mr. Krabs in various SpongeBob SquarePants video games), Briana White (Aerith Gainsborough in the Final Fantasy VII Remake series), Grant Kirkhope (composer of Banjo-Kazooie, Donkey Kong 64, and GoldenEye 007 soundtracks), and Laura Post (Queen Azshara in World of Warcraft, Yelan in Genshin Impact) will appear to greet fans.
Attendees will be able to compete in tournaments for games such as Street Fighter 6 and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. Those who simply want to play games with friends can hit up the freeplay arcade area, which will feature a huge list of arcade games such as Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA 2, TMNT: Turtles in Time, and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. If pinball is more up your alley, there will be a handful of pinball machines present, including Star Wars Trilogy Pinball and Mr. & Mrs. Pac-Man.
A plethora of vendors will also be present for those trying to complete their video game collection. Megabyte Nation Gaming Expo will also feature a cosplay contest and a special Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater panel on Saturday.
