Maryland Deathfest to return in 2024, cancels other Deathfests outside of Baltimore
The folks behind Maryland Deathfest have given a major update about the festival’s future today.
In a statement, they revealed Maryland Deathfest will make its return on May 23 through May 26, 2024. Unfortunately, there’s no information about venues and bands just yet. The promoters will reveal everything in the first half of 2023.
Unfortunately, the promoters have pulled the plug on all future Deathfests outside of Baltimore, which means next month’s U.K. Deathfest, which takes place in London from September 2 through September 4, will be the final one. In previous years, promoters have delivered Deathfests in California, the U.K., and the Netherlands.
Back in April, the future of Maryland Deathfest was up in the air after promoters decided to cancel the 2023 installment.
