Mario Party and Mario Party 2 coming to Nintendo Switch in November

Two beloved Mario titles will make the jump to the Nintendo Switch next month.
Announced today, Mario Party and Mario Party 2 will make their way to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, which is part of the Nintendo 64 – Nintendo Switch Online collection, on November 2.
Unveiled in 1999 in North America, Mario Party became one of the most beloved party video games of all time with nearly 3 million copies sold worldwide. Its sequel (2000’s Mario Party 2) continued the fun with a slew of new minigames. An announcement trailer can be seen below.
Mario Party 3 is slated to be released on the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack in 2023.
Last year, Nintendo unveiled Mario Party Superstars, which is a compilation featuring 100 minigames from the Mario Party franchise. The last proper game in the Mario Party series is 2018’s Super Mario Party, which won for Best Family Game at the Gamescom Awards.
