Hearthstone will be gaining a new expansion next month.

Announced at today’s fall reveal, Madness at the Darkmoon Faire will make its way to the popular card game on November 17. The Old Gods are back, and this time, they’ve chosen the Darkmoon Faire as their territory. Through this expansion, 135 new cards will be added to the game.

This expansion will also bring a new way to play Hearthstone. A new game mode titled Hearthstone Duels will find players using custom-built decks from their collection to come out on top. Hearthstone Duels Heroic, which can be accessed by paying 150 gold or purchasing a Tavern ticket, adds a slew of rewards to the mix. People who pre-purchase a Madness at the Darkmoon Faire bundle will have early access to this game mode from October 22 through November 11.

Before the expansion’s release, Hearthstone will undergo a major update to its progression system. Through this update, players will be able to access lifetime stats, gain achievements, and earn rewards with weekly quests. In a statement, Blizzard Entertainment president J. Allen Brack said:

“This is a huge moment for Hearthstone, with the Madness at the Darkmoon Faire expansion, as well as an all-new game mode in Duels, and a fundamental overhaul of the game's progression system. As Hearthstone continues to evolve and grow, our focus is squarely on continuing to deliver a uniquely deep and fun game experience, and we think players are going to lose their minds over all of this new content.”
