Los Angeles indie-pop artist Your Angel announces new album 'A Star in the Headlights'

Los Angeles indie pop artist Maddy Boyd b.k.a. Your Angel will unveil their sophomore album this March.

Announced today, A Star in the Headlights, which follows the artist’s 2019 debut album Pipe Dream, will be released on March 17. The 11-track album includes previously released singles "You Never Say Sorry" and "Misbehave."

Boyd said this about the forthcoming album:

"'A Star In The Headlights' is about longing for something and the journey I took to arrive there. It explores feelings of inadequacy, loneliness, jealousy and weakness. I drew inspiration from artists like Britney Spears, Dido, Portishead, Timbaland and Beach House in order to create an album that embodies my childhood role models."
