Lookout Records is getting the gang back together for a special livestream series.

The monthly Lookout Zoomout livestream will feature a handful of Lookout Records’ most beloved singers and personalities to talk about their time on the beloved record label. This month’s show, which will be hosted by Grant Lawrence from the Smugglers, will feature performances from Dr. Frank from the Mr. T Experience, Lisa Marr from cub, Jon Ginoli from Pansy Division, Joe King from the Queers, and Raf Classic from the Crumbs. The show, which airs on January 31 at 3 p.m. EST/ noon PST, will also feature former label owner Christopher Appelgren and other special guests.

When it comes their experience on Lookout Records, Lawrence said:

"If your band was lucky enough to land on Lookout Records like ours did in the 1990s, it felt like winning the lottery. It was an incredible community of artists, bands, and friends. It didn't end well, but there were some amazing times and some really, really great records while it lasted."

A limited amount of tickets for January’s livestream are on sale right now.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
