Lil Nas X unveils new "Old Town Road" remix with Young Thug & Mason Ramsey

With “Old Town Road” selling over three million copies in the United States, rapper Lil Nas X decided to bring more of his friends along for another remix.

Released today, this new remix of “Old Town Road” includes guest spots from rapper Young Thug and viral country singer Mason Ramsey. The surprising standout in this remix is Ramsey, who snaps with the line, “If you ain't got no giddy up then giddy out my way.”

According to Lil Nas X, this is the final remix for “Old Town Road” following his work with Billy Ray Cyrus and Diplo.

“Old Town Road” is only a few weeks away from taking over the crown of longest running number one single in Billboard Hot 100 history. That title currently belongs to Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee with "Despacito" and Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men with "One Sweet Day.” Lil Nas X’s debut EP 7 has already found tracks dominating both hip hop and rock charts.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
