Florida shoegaze band Leaving Time will deliver their debut album in November.

Revealed today, Angel In The Sand is slated for a November 1 release via Sunday Drive Records. The 10-song release was recorded with engineers John Howard (Magnitude, Ecostrike) and Zac Montez (Cloakroom, Turnover, Nothing). Pre-orders for the new album can be made here.

To celebrate the announcement, Leaving Time have unveiled the title track. Vocalist/guitarist Reed Cothren said this about the new song, which can be heard here:

““Angel In The Sand” is about casting aside the practicality of every day life to pursue the trivial things which give meaning to one’s self. Accepting and embracing the absurdity and infinity of existence. Where some may find dread in the idea of a reality with no clear purpose or meaning, some find freedom and peace.”

Leaving Time have also announced a trek alongside Glare, which kicks off on November 5 at Dumb Records in Springfield. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
