L.A. punk band Heartwells release new single "Backstabbers"

L.A. punk band Heartwells have unveiled their new single "Backstabbers" today.

The track, which can be heard here, is the band’s first release since their 2024 studio album The New Old School. An accompanying music video for the song is slated to arrive later this week.

Vocalist JT said this about the new single:

“Backstabbers is a song about seeing the true side people once you have nothing left to offer them. The users and abusers of this world who only take from you until you have nothing left.”

Starting on April 24, Heartwells will embark on a Midwest tour with Empired. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
