Developer Kitsune Games also revealed that Kitsune Tails will be released in 2023. Xbox fans will be glad to know the game will now be available on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Kitsune Tails was previously announced for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Kitsune Games’ Emma ‘Eniko’ Maassen said this about their forthcoming titles:
“Kitsune Zero and Kitsune Tails don't just represent the past and present of the story we're telling in this universe, but also the start and end points of platformer conventions established on 8-bit consoles. Each stands alone as its own special experience, but together they form a love letter from our team to the evolution of platformers during that era of gaming history.”
