Kingdom Hearts' Sora announced as final DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

After a plethora of rumors online, the final DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been revealed.
During today’s announcement video, which can be seen below, Super Smash Bros. series director Masahiro Sakurai announced the addition of Kingdom Hearts’ Sora as part of Challenger Pack 11 DLC. Aside from Sora, nine music tracks and a stage from Kingdom Hearts (Hollow Bastion) will also appear in the game. Anyone with save data from Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory will gain the bonus music track “Dearly Beloved -Swing Version.”
Nick Chavez, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Communications said this about the reveal:
“Having a fan-favorite character like Sora join the ranks of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the perfect way to close out the Fighters Pass expansions. With a dozen fighters added since the game launched, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate now boasts 86 total fighters spanning the entire history of video games, giving players an unprecedented amount of gameplay choices and options.”
Sora will be added on October 18. Players can purchase Sora separately for $5.99 or grab the Fighters Pass Vol. 2, which includes previously released DLC Min Min from ARMS, Steve & Alex from Minecraft, Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII, Pyra/Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Kazuya from Tekken.
