In The Pines have finally revealed the release date for their forthcoming sophomore studio album.

Interlude will arrive on August 20 via Arctic Rodeo Recordings. This is the follow-up to their 2008 self-titled debut album. The first single “Bones” was unveiled last year. Pre-orders for the release can be made here.

The 11-track release was mastered by Shellac bassist Bob Weston, who previously worked with Laura Jane Grace, Tomahawk, and The Get Up Kids.
