Houston prog metal band Oceans of Slumber release "The Lighthouse" music video

Houston prog metal band Oceans of Slumber have dropped the music video for their latest single "The Lighthouse" today.

The visual, which can be seen below, was produced by FirstSight Agency and features actors Leila Annastasia Scott and Patrick Grover. Vocalist Cammie Beverly said this about the song/video:

“In true story-telling fashion, ‘The Lighthouse’ evokes the frenzied emotions of the evangelical south’s dangerous religious leanings. Leading with an ominous gospel, ‘The Lighthouse’ is a song as dark and atmospheric as the humid air that hangs heavy in our region.”

“The Lighthouse” comes from Oceans of Slumber’s forthcoming studio album Starlight and Ash, which will be released on July 22 via Century Media. Pre-orders for the album can be made here.

Oceans of Slumber will be promoting the album with a trek along the East Coast this summer. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now.
