HIDIVE to release Chained Soldier this winter, North American premiere at Anime NYC 2023
Anime streaming service HIDIVE has another series hitting its service soon.
Announced today, action dark fantasy series Chained Soldier will simulcast on HIDIVE in January. The show is based on the manga series written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura. The anime is produced by Seven Arcs (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Blue Period) with Junji Nishimura (Ranma ½, Kyo Kara Maoh!) and Gorō Kuji (The Lost Village, Action Heroine Cheer Fruits) being co-directors. The Japanese voice cast includes Yūya Hirose as Yūki Wakura, Akari Kitō as Kyōka Uzen, Yume Miyamoto as Himari Azuma, Mari Hino as Shushu Suruga, Hina Tachibana as Nei Ōkawamura, and Maaya Uchida as Tenka Izumo.
The North American premiere will go down at Anime NYC on November 17. At the premiere, fans will get an early look at the first two episodes before the show launches. Anime NYC badges can be purchased here.
