Hamu Cotton announces Indiegogo campaign for debut single "Hamu Energy ☆"

SoCal cosplayer/YouTuber Hamu Cotton has announced her debut single, and they’re giving fans a chance to be part of the journey.

Announced today, the artist has revealed an Indiegogo campaign for their debut single “Hamu Energy ☆.” Perks for backers of the Indiegogo campaign include personalized thank-you messages and video shoutouts from Hamu, your name in the “Hamu Energy ☆” music video credits, exclusive merch, and a backers-only Hamu Cotton concert at Akiba Live on June 21. A special promo video can be seen here. Aside from the song and music video, backers will also be funding the “HamuFest USA” fan event tour, which will find the artist performing across the country.

The artist said this about the campaign:

“I have always looked for ways to create a safe space with Hamustars, so I am very excited to be able to connect with Hamustars through a new form.”

The goal for the Indiegogo campaign is $10,000. An exclusive pin will be available for everyone who signs up for updates here. The Indiegogo campaign will launch on April 21, and it’ll close on June 20. "Hamu Energy ☆" will be released on July 3. This will be the first release for Akiba Music, which is a new record label from Shinko Music (Tokyo) and Little Akihabara (Los Angeles).
