Grace Cummings announces new album 'Storm Queen,' releases new single "Heaven"

Australian singer-songwriter Grace Cummings has announced the follow-up to their 2019 debut album Refuge Cove today.

Releasing on January 14 via ATO Records, Storm Queen was self-produced by the artist. The album’s first single (and opening track) “Heaven” comes with a music video directed and produced by Gil Gilmour. Cummings said this about the new song:

“The chorus to ‘Heaven’ has the words ‘Ave Maria’ in it, but not because I’m religious in any way. To me talking about God or Mother Mary is a way of labelling something beautiful that I don’t understand, something that’s not quite a part of the world we live in.”

Pre-orders for Storm Queen are live right now.
