Texas rock band Giovannie and The Hired Guns have dropped their new single "Can’t Answer Why" today.

The music for the song, which can be seen below, was directed by Tim Cofield, who worked on the band’s music video for “Ramon Ayala.” Vocalist Giovannie Yanez said this about the track and its accompanying music video:

“‘Can’t Answer Why’ explains the mind of someone who battles with anxiety, who questions themselves. Are they good enough? Is it cool? Should I give in? When all they need is to relax and breathe. The video focuses on a young boy who deals with these problems. The bullies are society bringing him down, when he knows he is unique and different. How different? Let’s just say he is SUPER different.”

“Can’t Answer Why” is available on digital services right now. Giovannie and The Hired Guns will be performing all over their home state alongside performances in cities such as Chicago, St Louis, and Des Moines. Tour dates can be seen below.
