Gameloft to host 25-hour charity livestream this Thursday

Game developer/publisher Gameloft will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special charity livestream.

Starting this Thursday (November 20) at 1:30 a.m. PST/4:30 a.m. EST, the charity livestream will raise money for various local charities for children. Various Gameloft studios from around the world will engage in their own celebrations with events such as card game tournaments and a special world-record speedrun attempt of the Carmen Sandiego video game. The 25-hour stream will conclude on Friday (November 21) at 2:30 a.m. PST/5:30 a.m. EST. The livestream will air on Gameloft’s official YouTube channel.

Alexandre de Rochefort, CEO at Gameloft said this about the forthcoming livestream:

“For a quarter of a century, Gameloft has shared its passion for gaming with players worldwide, creating lasting memories through unique, unforgettable experiences. Marking this incredible milestone with 25 hours of our studios celebrating that legacy — and giving back up to €25,000 to charity — is a truly meaningful and joyful way to express our gratitude for these twenty-five years of creativity, passion, and shared fun.”
