Former Yellowcard vocalist William Ryan Key launches Twitch partnership

William Ryan Key, who is best known for their time with Yellowcard, will be showcasing some forthcoming music projects on Twitch.
The singer will be streaming from their home studio where they will be revisiting some Yellowcard classics and work on some new music. Key said this about their new streaming venture:
“I am beyond excited about this partnership with Twitch. The last year has been such a challenge for so many musicians, and I myself have been searching for what my next opportunity might be for quite some time. I am honored that Twitch has considered me to be a part of their push to expand the music side of the platform. I think this is just the beginning of a long creative relationship that fans can be really happy about.
I’ve had the chance to start streaming for a couple of months just to get a feel for the platform, and I already see the potential for building relationships within the community. There seems to be a level of support between artist and fan on Twitch that is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.”
Fans can watch Key’s streams on their official Twitch channel. Key is working on their new solo material, a new musical project with former Yellowcard guitarist Ryan Mendez titled Jedha, and an album of reimagined Yellowcard songs, which is slated for a 2022 release.
