Foo Fighters announce six new headlining U.S. shows (some dates with The Breeders)
Foo Fighters have added some more headlining shows set for this summer.
Revealed today, the band have added headlining shows in Spokane (Aug. 4), Salt Lake City (Aug. 8), Lake Tahoe (Aug. 10), Virginia Beach (Sept. 19), Phoenix (Oct. 2), and El Paso (Oct. 5). The Breeders will join the band as support for Spokane, Salt Lake City, Lake Tahoe, and Virginia Beach shows.
Tickets for these six shows will go on sale to the general public this Friday (April 14) at 10 a.m. local time. Pre-sale tickets are live right now. Foo Fighters’ list of forthcoming gigs features sold out performances in Gilford, Rogers, Pelham, and Quebec City.
This will be the first string of shows and festival gigs for the band since the death of former drummer Taylor Hawkins last year. No word on who’ll play drums for these headlining shows and festival appearances yet.
