Five exciting game announcements from Summer Game Fest 2022 kickoff

Goat Simulator 3
2014's Goat Simulator was so fun, they decided to jump right to Goat Simulator 3. Revealed at the festival, Goat Simulator 3 is slated to be released on PC (via Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S later this year. Expect even more goat madness.
Flashback 2
1992's Flashback became a sight to behold when it was originally released on the Amiga. Following a slew of re-releases, the sci-fi game has found an audience. Now, a sequel titled Flashback 2 is slated to be released later this year on consoles and PC. The game can be wishlisted on Steam right now.
Highwater
Action-adventure/puzzler Highwater will make a splash when it drops this December on PC. In this game, players must help Nikos and their friends maneuver their way through the flooded city of Highwater. The game feature turn-based action, but players must use the environment to get the upper hand in the battle. The game, which is developed by Demagog Studio and published by Rogue Games, Inc., can be wishlisted on Steam right now.
Honkai: Star Rail
Honkai: Star Rail is an upcoming free-to-play tactical RPG slated for release on mobile phones and PC. Players can explore intriguing dungeons with up to four characters. The game is being developed by Genshin Impact developers miHoYo, so you can expect this to be the next big hit. Pre-registrations for the game can be made here.
Layers of Fears
The next chapter in the Layer of Fear franchise will deliver even more chills. Layers of Fears, which is being created with Unreal Engine 5 technology, is slated to arrive early next year on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Layers of Fears can be wishlisted on Steam right now.
Aliens Dark Descent
Alien fans will have another video game to dig into with Aliens Dark Descent, which will arrive next year on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. In the title, players must lead a team of colonial marines to take down a Xenomorph outbreak on Moon Lethe. The game can be wishlisted on Steam right now.
