First-person puzzle adventure game Backfirewall_ comes to consoles and PC in 2022

First-person puzzle adventure game Backfirewall_ will make its way to a device near you later this year.
Revealed at Sunday’s PC Gaming Show, the game, which is being published by All in! Games and developed by Naraven Games, finds the player taking care of a phone’s operating system only to discover the phone has other plans. An announcement trailer can be seen below.
Julia Jean, Creative Director at Naraven Games said this about the game:
“We want players to feel like they're playing inside a Pixar movie while also reflecting on the rather mindless way in which we interact with our everyday digital devices. If you think twice before you update your phone after playing Backfirewall_, our job is done!”
Raul Nieto, Head of Marketing at All in! Games also stated:
“Backfirewall_ is a really refreshing approach to a narrative adventure and we are excited to bring such a fun and wholesome experience that everyone can relate to. Naraven Games have tapped into something with real originality that addresses our everyday connectivity on algorithmic digital platforms and our recurring relationship to our smartphones.”
Backfirewall_ will arrive on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. A demo is available on Steam right now.
