Reverse: 1999 has unveiled its first major collaboration event.
Revealed on Saturday, the popular game will join forces with the Assassin’s Creed franchise this August for a limited-time event. Ezio Auditore da Firenze will become a playable character and join other characters from Reverse: 1999 in an exciting adventure. The crossover will be split into two phases: phase one will see the characters traversing in Renaissance Florence while phase two will feature events from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. More information about the crossover event, including player rewards, will go live soon.
A synopsis for Reverse: 1999 reads:
Reverse: 1999 is a 20th Century Time-Travel Strategic RPG. On the last day of 1999, The Storm descended. Players take the role of the Timekeeper, Vertin who witnessed the end of an era in the rising raindrops. What appears before you now seems to be an era long past. Vertin appears uniquely immune to the effects of The “Storm.” After these “Storms”, you’ll travel to different eras. With the help of your colleague Sonetto, seek out the arcanists from across time who, like you, can sense the moments of The Storm and help them escape their fate, lest they be “sifted out” of the timeline. Reverse: 1999 is a cinematic adventure that features stunning visuals that bend retro and modern aesthetics, full English acting with authentic accents, fantastic arcanists from different times and regions and much more!
Reverse: 1999 can be played on mobile phones and PC right now here.
