Everything But The Girl's 'Walking Wounded' to be re-released on vinyl on November 8

In 1996, Everything But The Girl unveiled their ninth studio album Walking Wounded. The 11 song release became the group’s highest charting release in the United States and the U.K. On November 8, the album will be re-released on vinyl in a new way. With mastering engineer Miles Showell at the helm, the vinyl will be mastered in half-speed. Showell is one of few engineers that use half-speed mastering to reproduce the sound of original master tapes.

Fans can pre-order the vinyl release here. This version of the album excludes the Todd Terry remix of “Wrong” and the Omni Trio mix of the title track. Both tracks were included in the original release. In July, EBTG’s 1994 album Amplified Heart was released on vinyl for the first time.
