Elvis becomes a spy in forthcoming Netflix animated series 'Agent King'

With Elvis Week coming to an end, Netflix announced a new adult animated series about the The King today.
Agent King finds Elvis ditching his iconic jumpsuit to become a government spy. The show will be co-produced by Priscilla Presley and John Eddie. With this series, the late singer finally gets one of his wishes fulfilled. “From the time Elvis was a young boy he always dreamed of being the superhero fighting crime and saving the world! Agent King lets him do just that,” Priscilla Presley said in a press release.
Mike Arnold, who is best known for his work on Archer, will be Agent King’s showrunner, writer, and co-executive producer. Fletcher Moules, who is working on a Ghostbusters animated project, will be the show’s supervising director and co-executive producer. Jerry Schilling, who was one of Elvis’ close friends, will be a consultant.
No release date for this series has been announced.
