U.K. electronic artist Ámaris has unveiled their new single "Different" today.
The track, which can be heard below, was originally set to appear on Ámaris’ latest studio album Love and Oceans. While it didn’t make the cut, the track’s message of embarking on new beginnings in life is important.
Ámaris said this about the new song:
“I believe in the power of escapism for the sake of our sanity. As a creative, I see my role as providing an avenue for people to escape from the challenges and complexities of their lives, even if only for a while."
“Different” is out on digital services right now. Aside from music, Ámaris released a fantasy novel last year titled Lagoona: A Journey through the Reef, which helps raise awareness of ocean pollution.
Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
