Echo Weaver gets October 2026 release on consoles and PC

Moonlight Kids’ metroidvania game Echo Weaver will drop this fall.

Announced today, the game will have an October 8 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (via Steam). An official release date trailer can be seen below.

A synopsis for Echo Weaver reads:

A time loop metroidBRAINia where time is your best resource and secrets are your only upgrades. You’re the last of the Weavers, a remnant of a ruined society trapped in a glitching time loop. Explore what remains. Uncover the mystery. Perfect the loop.

Key features

The Gilded Ruin – You’re the last of the Weavers trying to rebuild paradise. Who are the Congregation and what did they do to collapse their utopia?

Knowledge is Key – No upgrades, just secrets. In the “metroidbrainia”, progress is defined by what you’ve learned rather than what you’ve unlocked.

Time is Currency – The loop itself is a consumable resource: grab pickups to extend it, then draw from it to heal, trade, unlock new routes, and more.

Choreography over Challenge – The loop rewards rhythm and routing over raw reflexes. Memorize the hazards and you’ll find the perfect flow through the ruins.

A demo for Echo Weaver is available on Steam right now here.
