Dream Nails release music video for "Vagina Police"

London punk group Dream Nails have released the music video for “Vagina Police.”
When it comes to the blistering 95-second track, drummer Lucy Katz says it’s “our battle-cry against the persistent and pathetic-yet-insidious obsession of the state to police our bodies at any cost. It’s a song about reproductive rights and (in)justice in all its forms.” The music video was produced by Panic Splash.
“Vagina Police,” which was originally released back in 2018, stems from Dream Nails forthcoming self-titled debut album, which comes out on August 28 through Dine Alone and Alcopop! Physical pre-orders for the album can be made here. Digital pre-orders can be made on the band’s Bandcamp page.
For the next month, Dream Nails will donate 100% of the song’s proceeds on Bandcamp to Abortion Support Network and Mermaids.
Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
