Dr. Mario heads to mobile phones as Dr. Mario World

‘90s kids will get the chance to relive the joys of Dr. Mario with the forthcoming mobile game Dr. Mario World.
Announced today, the game will feature Mario & Co. trying to destroy viruses the only way they know how: matching three capsules at a time. Nintendo gave fans a closer look of the game with a proper trailer announcement, which can be seen below.
Like most mobile games, this is a free to play with the option to spend money to increase chances of winning. Pre-registration is now available on both Android and iOS devices. The game will be released on July 10.
This isn’t the only mobile game Nintendo has in the works this year. Mario Kart Tour is also slated to be released this summer. Back in May, they launched a beta test for this forthcoming game.
Dr. Mario World will join a string of mobile games from Nintendo, including Super Mario Run and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
