Disney+ will hold a special virtual concert to commemorate their recent Clouds film and the legacy of Zach Sobiech.

Announced today, Clouds: A Musical Celebration will be held on Disney+’s Facebook page on Saturday, October 24 at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST. OneRepublic, renforshort, Fin Argus, Sabrina Carpenter, and Sobiech’s musical partner Sammy Brown will perform on the livestream. Jason Mraz, DCapella, Neve Campbell, Justin Baldoni, Tom Everett Scott, Madison Iseman, and Lil Rel Howery will also appear.

Released last week, Clouds is based on Laura Sobiech’s memoir Fly a Little Higher: How God Answered a Mom's Small Prayer in a Big Way. Zach gained national attention for their song “Clouds,” which was released before their death in 2013. In the song, Zach discussed their battle with osteosarcoma. The song peaked at number 26 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After the release of Disney+’s Clouds, the song topped the iTunes chart for the first time since 2013.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
