Cold Waves L.A. 2023 (Front Line Assembly, A Split-Second) hits The Mayan Theater this Thursday
Following a successful time in NYC and Chicago, the Cold Waves Festival is heading to Los Angeles this Thursday.
The one-day music festival will take over The Mayan Theater with a slew of veteran and newer acts in the industrial and darkwave scenes. Headlining the event are Front Line Assembly, who’ll be in town plugging their 2021 studio album Mechanical Soul. Their L.A. show is part of a slew of headlining performances across the country this month.
A Split-Second, who are on their first U.S. tour in 20 years, will also make an appearance at the event. The iconic EBM/new beat act have been unveiling a slew of remastered releases over on their Bandcamp page. Lead Into Gold, Sierra, Ash Code (who’ll have their first L.A. show at Cold Waves L.A.), Plack Blague, Baby Magick, and Damascus Knives are also set to perform.
Tickets for this 21+ event are still on sale to the general public here. Doors for the show will open at 6:30 p.m. with the first act going on at 7:30 p.m. More information about Cold Waves Festival can be found here.
