Chicago experimental/post-punk band FACS announce new album 'Still Life In Decay'
Chicago experimental/post-punk band FACS will unveil their fifth studio album this April.
Revealed on Tuesday, Still Life In Decay will see an April 7 release on Trouble In Mind Records. The six-song release was recorded by Sanford Parker (Local H, Chris Connelly) at Chicago's Electrical Audio. Still Life In Decay is the final release featuring bassist Alianna Kalaba, who replaced founding member Jonathan Van Herik back in 2018. Van Herik rejoined the group last fall.
The first single from the album titled "When You Say" comes with a music video directed by Joshua Ford, which can be seen below. Pre-orders for Still Life In Decay can be made here. This is the follow-up to FACS’ 2021 studio album Present Tense.
