Grammy-nominated artist Carly Rae Jepsen released their new single “Western Wind" yesterday.
The song was co-produced by Jepsen and Grammy-nominated producer Rostam Batmanglij (Vampire Weekend, Haim). The pair first worked together on the track "Warm Blood" from Jepsen’s 2015 studio album E•MO•TION. An accompanying music video, which can be seen below, was directed by Taylor Fauntleroy, who is best known for their work with John Legend and Kid Cudi. Jepsen recently performed the song at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last month.
“Western Wind” is available on digital services right now. Jepsen will unveil the follow-up to their 2019 studio album Dedicated soon.
