Capcom Fighting Collection announced for consoles and PC
Capcom will celebrate 35 years of fighting games with the Capcom Fighting Collection.
Announced today, the collection includes 10 exciting games from the past for older and new players to dive into. Half of the titles included are Darkstalkers titles; Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge, Vampire Savior: World of Darkness, Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers' Revenge, and Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire will be part of the collection. Street Fighter will have three titles included in the collection: Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Hyper Street Fighter II Turbo, and Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix. The final two games featured in the collection are Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness, which only saw a console release in Japan in 1997, and Red Earth, which has never seen a console release.
All 10 games will have online play, including ranked matches. Training mode will also be available to work on those combos before battling friends online or offline. There’s also an art museum for each game as well as a music player featuring music from each game as well as original music made for the collection.
Capcom Fighting Collection will be released on June 24 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
