Cancer Bats, Loathe to perform at Heavy Music Awards 2019

With over a month until the Heavy Music Awards, the folks behind the ceremony decided to unveil its explosive lineup today.

Headlining the event are Canadian hardcore punk band Cancer Bats, who released their latest studio album The Spark That Moves last year. English metal band Loathe, who are working on the follow up to 2017’s The Cold Sun, will also be rocking the stage. Filling out the lineup are alternative rock duo Nova Twins and punk act Delaire The Liar.

All four bands will be playing full sets during the awards ceremony, which is being hosted by Against Me! vocalist Laura Jane Grace.

The Heavy Music Awards will take place at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London on August 22.
