Chattanooga pop rock trio of sisters Call Me Spinster have announced their new self-titled EP.

The EP will be released on December 11 via Strolling Bones Records. The five-song release was produced by Drew Vandenberg (of Montreal, Toro y Moi) at Chase Park Transductions in Athens, GA. To celebrate the announcement, Call Me Spinster released the first single (and EP opener) “Here You Are”. The accompanying music video can seen below. The trio had this to say about the song/video:

“‘Here You Are’ was our first original song, written shortly after Amelia gave birth to her first child. It describes the moment of meeting a person that you feel you should know after carrying and nurturing them for nine months, but instead you are met with a completely foreign little face, a ‘weary rambler’ from another dimension that just so happened to pick you for this cosmic go-around. The video celebrates this strange and fleeting beauty of being human. We wanted to capture moments between us that were raw, intimate, and unapologetically joyful, particularly in this moment of pain and disconnectedness.”

The EP will be the first release for Strolling Bones Records, which launched earlier this month. Pre-orders are available here.
