Caliban release new single “Intoleranz“

German metalcore group Caliban have unveiled their new single “Intoleranz.“
“Intoleranz” was originally featured on Caliban’s 1999 debut album A Small Boy In A Grey Heaven under the name “Intolerance.” In a statement, vocalist Andreas Dörner said: “In a nutshell the motto is: I will stay different. The song is a plea for individualism and individual fulfilment and against intolerance.” The music video for the re-recorded track, which you can see below, was directed by Der Pakt’s Michael Winkler.
“Intoleranz“ is the first single from Caliban’s forthcoming retrospective album Zeitgeister, which arrives on May 14 via Century Media. The record finds the band re-recording a handful of tracks from their vast catalog. The album will also feature a brand new tune called “nICHts.” Caliban’s last proper studio album was 2018’s Elements.
