Indie/folk group Birdtalker have given fans another taste of their forthcoming self-titled sophomore album.

Released yesterday, “I Know” arrives with a special live video recorded in Nashville, which can be seen below. The band said this about the cut:

"It's a song about trusting the stomach, not necessarily the uncountable programmed stories and information we receive along the way. It's a simultaneously tentative and certain exclamation that we will give ourselves permission to listen to those fundamental pricks of the heart, and trust they'll lead somewhere with integrity."
