Being As An Ocean announce new album 'Proxy: An A.N.I.M.O. Story' and fall tour

California post hardcore band Being As An Ocean will unveil their new studio album Proxy: An A.N.I.M.O. Story on September 19.
Announced yesterday, the 14 track album can be pre-ordered here. To excite fans, Being As An Ocean unveiled a new song titled “Play Pretend.” The music video for the song, which was directed by Brume, can be seen below.
Being As An Ocean have also revealed dates for a headlining tour across North America in support of the forthcoming album. The tour kicks off on the album’s release date inside Los Angeles’ Teragram Ballroom, and it will conclude at San Francisco’s Slim’s on October 17. Holding Absence and De’Wayne Jackson will be the opening acts.
Proxy is the follow up to Being As An Ocean’s 2017 studio album Waiting for Morning to Come.
