Bakar announces debut album 'Nobody's Home,' releases new single "NW3"

U.K. indie-rock/hip-hop artist Bakar will release their highly anticipated debut album in February.
Announced on Friday, Nobody’s Home will be released on February 25 via Black Butter. The 14-track album includes previously released singles “The Mission” and album closer “Build Me A Way.” Produced by Zach Nahome, the album also includes collaborations with Celeste (on "Gotham") and Maverick Sabre (on "Reclaim!").
A new single from the album titled “NW3” can be heard below. Bakar said this about the track:
“I had moved to Hampstead, a nicer area. I had gone from the bottom of the hill in Camden, Chalk Farm, to being at the top of the hill. That’s a crazy thing to do from where I’m from. I guess the whole concept is me saying to a girl, ‘I think I’ve found the spot. There’s a whole new world up here, the top of the hill it looks different. Come see it.’”
Pre-orders for Nobody’s Home can be made here. All pre-orders will gain early access to tickets for Bakar’s future U.K. shows.
