Australian hardcore band GELD sign to Relapse Records, announce new album
Australian hardcore band GELD have signed to Relapse Records.
Announced today, GELD will unveil their third studio album Currency // Castration via the label on June 9. To celebrate the announcement, the band dropped the first single from the album titled “Fog of War.” An accompanying music video for the song, which can be seen below, was directed by James Gorter.
Pre-orders for Currency // Castration can be made here. The 12-track release follows GELD’s 2020 studio album Beyond The Floor.
GELD will have a handful of performances in Australia over the following months, including a record release show on June 9 at Northcote Social Club. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public here. A trek across North America will be announced soon.
