Ashbury Heights unveil new single "Spectres From the Black Moss"

Swedish electronic outfit Ashbury Heights have released their new single “Spectres From the Black Moss.”

The track, which you can hear below, reunites Anders Hagström with original female singer Yasmine Uhlin, who exited the group back in 2008. “First written for a still-born sequel to 'Take Cair Paramour', 'Spectres From the Black Moss' reimagines themes from the past to imagine a present that never was. This is Ashbury Heights as the other, echoing from a dark multiverse,” the act said in a statement.

The song stems from Ashbury Heights’ forthcoming Ghost House Sessions anthology, which features a slew of rare and unreleased songs from the act’s catalog. The act’s last studio album was 2018’s The Victorian Wallflowers.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
