Arcade1Up reveals X-Men ’97 arcade machine

Arcade1Up is joining forces with Marvel to celebrate the forthcoming release of X-Men ‘97.

Revealed today, a special X-Men ‘97 arcade machine will feature a slew of Marvel titles such as Marvel vs Capcom, X-Men Children of the ATOM, and X-Men vs Street Fighter. Aside from local play, the cabinet will feature online multiplayer.

David McIntosh, Head of Brand and Communications at Arcade1Up said this about the collaboration:

Pre-orders for the arcade machine, which will cost $499.99, can be made here. All pre-orders will begin shipping in late April.

X-Men ‘97 will premiere on Disney+ on March 20. The show, which features several cast members of the original X-Men cartoon, will follow the team’s battles after the death of Professor X.
