New Jersey singer-songwriter Annie Blackman has unveiled their new single “Glass House” today.

The track, which can be heard below, is part of a singles series through Father/Daughter Records. Blackman said this about the new song:

“Glass House” is about guilt and hypocrisy, and throughout the song, the recipient of my frustration changes. Sometimes it’s myself, sometimes it’s someone else. Mostly, it explores the sentiment of the chorus, “If I’m bad and you’re bad then one of us is better.” It’s an unhelpful, obsessive way of thinking, but there's a little catharsis in the anger."

On September 29, Blackman will be performing alongside Kate Bollinger at NYC’s Mercury Lounge. Tickets for this performance are on sale right now.
