AniMarketplace to hold Fall 2022 installment this Saturday in Los Angeles
Anime fans in Los Angeles will make their way to AniMarketplace for an afternoon of fun this Saturday.
From 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., the event, which will take place at the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (244 S San Pedro St) in Little Tokyo, will bring allow folks to check out some goods from local vendors while enjoying a slew of activities. The event will feature live performances from flutist flautistacacia, 2-D idol cover unit Edelweiss, and Vocaloid-based cosplay dance group Deco*Pro with a special halftime performance from rirumato. Aside from live performances, the cosplay contest will also take place with judges chikkupea and Azura Cosplay. Cosplay contest signups are still live here. Frostworks owner Victor Frost will be the MC for the event.
Badges for the event will be available at the door. General admission badges will be $8. For kids ages five to 12, badges will be $5. Kids under five can enter for free. Masks and proof of vaccination are required to enter.
